In regular conversation most people struggle to listen and ask meaningful questions, that is where a coach comes in. Coaching is based on listening, asking questions and working with you to create an inspired action plan. After a coaching session, you will always know what the next steps are and not only will you be held accountable but you will learn what it means to be accountable to yourself.

I'm Jen: an event professional by day and mom, wife and life coach at all other times. Between a demanding full-time sports event management job, running my own business and three year old daughter, I know all too well what it's like to manage and balance a crazy schedule. We have so many things we want to accomplish, but can't seem to find the time! 

I am super passionate about helping people find their productivity groove and my goal is to give you the tools to prioritize yourself and your needs, ensuring that you have the energy to do the things that fuel YOU (and do them well!).

 

I am a connector — it is my superpower and I really see the best in people and want nothing more than for my clients to see the best in themselves.
